why can't I break a sweat when I workout?
Why can't I break a sweat when I workout? I do a lot of cardio exercises but nothing. Does that mean I'm not losing calories?

You are not pushing yourself hard enough! Your heart rate is not elevated enough. You may want to invest in a heartrate monitor so you can monitor the stress on your heart and to ensure you are at a good heartrate to burn fat or improve your cardio strength. I would suggest decreasing your rests between sets, or while doing cardio increase the speed or incline. Push it! |
