Depends on the activity. Asics are great for running. Lifting, I find that underarmour is ideal, wrestling shoes are good and socks are best. I like Asics overall, including for lifting. I havent heard or seen underarmour shoes, but I will look into it, thanks! |

The structure in athetic shoes breaks down in about 60 days no matter how much they cost. |

I believe that asics are the best shoes I have ever purchased. I have worn this type of shoe for about 8 years now in and out of the gym and I absolutely love it. I bought a pair for my boyfriend to wear and he has loved them ever since, and he is a heavy lifter in the gym also. There a great shoe for running if your into that because they provide a great deal of support. They could be considered a little expensive but depends on what you think is expensive. I have usually paid around 70-90 dollars, but theres always sales on them at places like foot locker. I highly suggest giving asics a try!! Thanks! i ended up going to a shoes store and they fit me for shoes by recording how i ran on the treadmill, it was really cool, but i got a pair of Mizuno's they're really comfortable and i've already worked out in them, i love them! |
