What is the correct form for squat?
I see people stand at all different widths and drop to different heights. If I want to maximize my strength and maintain correct form, how should it look?

Here is a very slow motion and well explained video for the correct squat form. It does not involve "hip drive" or any other powerlifting techniques, but is just clean form. |

I follow Mark Rippetoes advice. He is an expert for hardgainers and a well known powerlifting coach. See the attached video and notice the "hip drive." |
