Road Race
So I want to run in my cities annual St Patty's Day Road Race. It is a 6.3 mile route, on the street, up and down hills. My plan of attack is simple-mass up as muh as I can now. I would love to hit 170. Then, start rotating cardio back into the workout in December (about 2-3 times a week). Then, in January, start running 5-6 times a weeek. I am a stoky guy, about 160 pounds now. I want to keep some of the mucle I have built over a summer of intense training, so thats why Im massing, so have fat and mass to cut. Any suggestions? Specifically the working out in the gym and supplements. My plan is to bring back the WOLVERINE WORKOUT but with more intense cardio. With the supplements, Add NO and to as a preworkout drink and cut out the weightgainer at night. Ill stick with protien on either side of the workout. What are your thoughts? I have until Mid March to do this...

If you are a stocky guy, why are you "massing" so heavily. Weight gainer itself (I'm assuming ~800 cals)can put on some fat. Why not just gain slowly and steadily, gradually increase calories and cardio? It depends what works for you, but for me the mass cut mass cut thing just doesn't work. Mr Power, |
