If you are a stocky guy, why are you "massing" so heavily. Weight gainer itself (I'm assuming ~800 cals)can put on some fat. Why not just gain slowly and steadily, gradually increase calories and cardio? It depends what works for you, but for me the mass cut mass cut thing just doesn't work.

If the wolverine workout worked for you, I'd stick with it. Push the pounds and gain.

The reason I'm massing even though I'm a stocky guy, is due to the fact that I worked so hard this summer gaining muscle, gaining mass and strength, that i don't want to drop 20 pounds like i expect when I start to train, loose all that i worked hard for and be back to my high school weight (140ish) and Look. I was skinny. I USED to be thin-extremely thin.The mass gainer is 985 calories, but i only use a half serving. I want some extra fat on me, so when I train, I drop the fat. This is the first time I've done the mass, cut mass, so i guess Ill find out, right?
