Legally, your options are limited; however, turinabol and anavar would both be options that females in your situation have used before.

Drop the cardio, increase your caloric intake by 250 to 500 cal above your daily burn. Do 4 resistance sessions per week. Be patient it is hard to gain muscle especially for women. I use www.turbulencetraining.com for mass gain. Most of the programs are fat burning but there are some good muscle programs in there too. Stay away from supplements (except creatine) as they do not work or they may harm you.

I would not advocate use of a prohormone, for a number of reasons which I will get into... If you are not already doing so, adding creatine can put on some mass. Also, consider increasing workouts from 3 to 5 times a week. With a well structured program this would not be too often!

In general, male or female, the issue with prohormones is after the ban in 2004, they are essentially illegal. The ones on the market now are mostly methylated steroid-like compounds. It often shocks me that some are still on the market and whats worse is that many are more dangerous than prohormones.

Why does this create an issue, for females especially? If you were to look for a prohormone, you'd want one that is as least androgenic as possible Unfortunately, after the ban nothing comes to mind that would fit this. The ones on the market are highly androgenic and therefore would result in masculine characteristics. To AVOID (although nearly impossible for 100% prevention) these side effects, women went to steroids such as anavar, turinabol, winstrol and even primobolan. Unofortunately, I do not know of any prohormones to these steroids. I am tempted to say none exist or do so legally...

Hope this helps!

Pro-Hormones would cause substantial massing...HOWEVER, testosterone can harm a womens natural hormonal cycle. I would continue doing what your doing. If you want mass, cut the cardio. Take protien and creatine, but hormones can really harm you and you might regret it.
