Thanks for asking!!

I am improving, slowly but surely... I still havent reached the 2 mile mark, but I have been running 1 mile straight and then following it with intervals of sprints and walking.

The most recent was:
1 Mile jog
.2 Mile walk
.2 Mile run (as fast as possible)
.2 mile fast walk
.2 Mile run
.2 Mile fast walk

For me, I'm disappointed with my running because I had a assignment consume me and stopped working out all together. I haven't run since 5/14/09 I'm getting on the treadmill this morning. Inertia is getting the best of me and I have enough already! My brain is suffering! :-)
